Staff was so accommodating and friendly - an excellent location just 2 blocks away from the Bourbon Street - clean and air-conditioned rooms were nice in the French Quarter
Loved this little hotel with a central tropical courtyard - free coffee and ice machine were available - unbeatable room rates for being so close to Bourbon Street
Tables and chairs along the balcony were fantastic for the ambience - no extra amenities, like pool or fitness center - a cool place to stay on a budget

A beautiful property in a great location on Bourbon Street in the heart of French Quarter - convenient to everything - close to great shopping, restaurants and nightlife
24-hour room service was a nice feature - the coffee shop downstairs had very good coffee and inexpensive breakfast - enjoyed delicious foods and received excellent service
Paid extra money and upgraded to R Club level - well worth the extra money - everyone at the hotel was super helpful and friendly - had some street and outside noise
Free internet was included in the room rates - the pool with lots of lounge chairs was terrific for relaxing - several good restaurants on site - one of the favorite places to stay in New Orleans
Rooms with balconies were great for overlooking Bourbon Street, the courtyard or the French Quarter - parking was quite expensive at $36 per night
Club level guests received free appetizers, cocktails and wine every afternoon - excellent location in the center of the Mardi gras actions - a premier choice for weddings in New Orleans (more…)

The hotel was in an excellent location, right on Canal Street - I upgraded to a club room and the room was quite nice, clean and decent sized - towels were nice and thick and linens were white
The hotel was imposing but had an air of fun - we received an upper room with a river view - our room had a fridge, which was a nice plus - we could buy tickets for some tours in the hotel
My son really enjoyed the pool - the location was close to everything: the French Quarter, the French market, the streetcar stops etc - room was nice and clean - there was a coffee maker with good coffer, which we really appreciated - the property was a bit old but in good condition
The facilities were clean and nicely updated - the lobby was beautiful and large with a blue cow statue - check in was modern and smooth - there was a great seafood restaurant five blocks away
We enjoyed a nice view of the Mississippi River and beautiful sunrises from our room - there were plenty to do and see within walking distance - the bed was my favorite part
The bathroom was basic, but adequate and in good repair - the elevator controls were modern - room appearance and maintenance were great - the roof top pool was refreshing and inviting (more…)

The staff here was exceptional - the check-in process was quick and smooth - the room had a separate living room area which was nice for a weeklong stay - a coffee maker, microwave and small fridge in the room - the bed was comfortable - the breakfast was nothing fancy
